Description

Provide superior customer service to all customers

Compute bill, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due.

Provide accurate change and receipts to customers. Records amounts received and prepares reports of transactions.

Accurately record drops from cash drawer within company cash control policy. Reads and records totals shown on cash register tape and verifies against cash on hand. Quotes price and describes features of items for which money is received.

Operates cash register by passing price coded items across electronic scanner to record price, compile printed list, and display cost of customer purchase, and tax on monitor screen.

Stock and face floor merchandise, cigarettes, cooler and freezer items in store. Ensure products are within code date and stock is properly rotated.

Clean shelves, displays, equipment, pumps and station inside and outside by dusting, sweeping, removing garbage and using cleaning products.

Preparation and monitoring of hot food items, coffee station, and fountain
